I navigate this new world, there is something from my childhood that has remained constant—my passion for creativity, my passion for expressing myself through art. Art wasn’t just a hobby; it was my way of finding my own space, of flowing with the brush and colors, allowing them to take me to places I’ve been or places I’ve imagined. That’s why abstract art spoke to me.

Now that I’ve invested years in honing my craft, some pieces can take me a day, some two, others a week, a month, or even a year. I often revisit them, put them up, look them over, and many times, I paint over them. I let them evolve because that’s how life is—it’s layered. And each layer, whether you can see it or not, plays a significant part in what you see on the surface. The layers you might not see are the ones that make the final piece possible, supporting what’s in front. Just like the experiences we don’t always talk about, which shape who we are today.

Every piece of art I create is like that—a journey of layers, of revisiting, of letting things come together over time until finally, they feel right. Until finally, it becomes something I’m ready to share with the world.
